Worst service every

After lodging a complaint about debt rescue. Someone called me to say that they have received the complaint and working on it. I still don't have any feedback. This is a absolute disappointment. When I spoke to Gwen she atleast gave me feedback the same day. When I spoke to her yesterday morning. She said she could not assist me anymore for the complaints department will be handling my case. Still no one has called back. My refund still not paid and I can't feed my family. This is the worst service I have every received.
