Worst service ever!

I've been waiting for a clearance certificate since 2022. I just realized that I could have just done everything myself instead of going to them. Because I paid all my debts and collected all the paid up letters myself. What a waste of my time. They will ask for paid up letters and even when you give them, they will come up with another excuse just to not give you the clearance certificate.
