Worst service at end of debt review process

They give great service to get you as a customer but once your debt is paid off then their service sucks! I have completed my Debt review more than 3 months ago but I am still battling to get all my paid up letters and my credit record cleared. I've sent numerous emails, made numerous calls and even visited their offices. I have made my payments diligently for 4 years but now when it comes to honoring their part of the deal they are nowhere!
