Worst Service

I have been on Debt Review from 2015 and one constant is the lack of feedback on queries and also you have to tell them what to do next. I had a query to update my balances and from October2022 till today all that Debt Rescue does is send a mail every 10 day stating we still have not received latest balances. They do not think for them selves, you have to tell them to escalate it. I have requested my clearance certificate and no feedback for almost a month. I logged a ticket for money owed to me because they deducted money for an account that was already finished and the ticket just got closed with no communication or feedback. I would like feedback from this people.
