WORST MISTAKE EVER - remove flag and status from my profile.

Due to this lovely Covid i think we all had to make choices when it came to our finances. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE choosing Debt Rescue to consolidate and assist with my debt. they invoiced me R800 a month for admin more than some of my payments.. and so much hidden cost when you cancel etc.... and this would have taken 8 YEARS to pay off... 8 YEARS !!!

Was a nightmare from the start... wrong balances given through only to find out now that i owe more... so after the 8 years it would've taken me another 8 to pay the rest off...

So i cancelled this debt rescue and then realized that on my credit score on payments details it shows that since i moved to debt review they marked it as missed payments... i have a credit score of 0...

I have request that they update the Debt Help System with NCR to remove the debt review flag on your profile..

This has caused me many sleepless nights and to be honest i might as well be homeless because of this i do not qualify for rent.. not even for R1000, It's ridiculous and thought that this would help...BUT i am worse off.

I want the flag and status of debt review removed and updated on my profile immediately.
