Worst Experience

Worst experience - my account is not being paid or paid after 3 months, I settle accounts and provide them with settlement letters and they still pay these accounts. They do not assist in getting refunds. Imagine the both of us are unemployed and we having to deal with lawyers letters as Debt Rescue hasn't been making payments for 3 months. Whenever you send emails response received is we will get back to you in 10 days... and no response. I asked for settlement balances on my outstanding accounts and no response. Almost seems like they trying to tie a client down to ensure they get admin costs.
