Worst customer service from Doris

Worst customer service ever ever had. No One in that department knows what they doing , it is so easy for them to pass on to the next person. According to Debt rescue my accounts were paid and now i receive an outstanding balance for one of my creditors. I called Doris to find out and she tells me she cant help because it was not her query,What is going on there that customer service can no longer give a service. This is unacceptable.
