Worst customer service ever

To anybody out there that is in need of a debt review company, please never use Debt Resue, you will have more struggles by using them. You end up doing all the work for them while you pay them a monthly fee. They respond to emails 5 days later if they ever respond. I settled all my accounts based on a turnaround time for my clearance certificate giving by them. And after two weeks of more promises still nothing.

So eventually received a mail stating that my clearance certificate is issued and that the credit bureaus was requested to clear the flag on my name. But unfortunately this was not true AGAIN. They haven't requested the removal as yet, they still need to do their work properly and certify the clearance certificate before they can do this. So now I need to wait again for the next excuse
