Worst customer service

I have been asking for several months for a complete breakdown of all payments made to one creditor, and still have not received anything. I am leaving the country until year end and trying to get my affairs in order, but with debt rescue that is impossible. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received. Just like many other people on here, Debt Rescue's statements do not correspond with the creditor's. I have been trying since March 2019 to resolve this but no one ever gets back to you after their "10 day turnaround" USELESS bunch
