Worst company to deal with

I have a very bad experience with Debt Rescue. I joined on Nov 2021, till April 2022 everything was fine. I joined them, not to lose my house after retrenchments etc. From there on, although I'm paying my monthly instalments, I keep on getting phone calls from Absa and Lawyers for non-payment. Various phone calls and mails were sent to Debt Rescue about this, and it STILL not sorted - going for 4 years now. Although I still pay regulary every month.

I sent probably 50 complaints already just to get a mail back a few days later, this has now been resolved by so and so. Still, I keep on getting phone calls/sms/emails from lawyers and ABSA, they are now even phoning my family.

It's the worst company to deal with, if you think about it and read the good reviews, don't believe it, as its NOT true. There are absolutely NO customer service, but they are happy to get their fees every month.
