WITHDRAW FROM DEBT RESCUSE BEFORE COURT APPLICATION!

Good Afternoon,

I joined Debt Rescue about a month ago and I am very unhappy with regards to the service I am receiving from them. Firstly their proposal has incorrect data on it, which was not provided by me! I told them the first time and it wasn't changed only once I notified them the second time did they correct this. I now have received a message from one of my creditors saying that they have cancelled the debt review agreement on their side as they have not received payment and will begin to pursue legal action , I thought that was the point of DEBT RESCUE to allocate your payments for you? I then sent a WhatsApp to Debt RESCUE to ask them about this they read the messages but can't even acknowledge that they have received your message or they are working on it. I would like to withdraw from DEBT RESCUE immediately before this goes to court, I will handle my payments on my own, thank you.
