Where is my money
We cancelled a bond life policy, the premium was still deducted by Debt Rescue and now no one knows where the money is and we are struggling to get feedback. They also kept on mailing to the wrong email address, claiming they did follow up with the bank in connection with the premium, which the bank never received in the first place.
