WHAT A NIGHTMARE
Absolutely disgusting service trying to get clearance letters.Husband has been waiting since last year August and still .....NOTHING.He has sent email after email (as he is still getting harrassed everyday from one creditor)asking what is going on etc or what is happening re clearance and they all have just been ignored.So now he is in limbo as have no idea what is going on and no one getting back to him.Good service while you paying but ********** to try claw your clearance from them

19 May 2022, 11:51Well after learning its my problem to get my paid up letters and they dont assist in helping with contact or who to liase with,i find all sorts of problems with fnb acc after they said it was sorted last year aug(they have one acc nr debt rescue has another etc)now i must send emails to all involved to sort so how goes another 6months wait.how they dealt with wonga i have no idea as i just get automated replies and how they dealt with direct axis would also be interesting as apparently direct axis sold my debt????
