WHAT A MESS

I have been sending 1000 of emails requesting for my balance, what really got to me today was when I got my statement today and the balance was higher than the one I got last month, a whole R1,145.72 and as I was talking to this guy and requested to speak to his team leader, he said he will call him then he put me on hold, I waited for a while then he hanged up or whatever the case was. One would assume they will call back since they have my number, because every time you call you get a new consultant.
