we will take your money and not assist you

I app**** for debt counselling from debt rescue in early February of 2018 – and I have had no response from them. I received assistance from the agent that helped get setup and that did my initial signing up, but since then they have not come back to me at all. I received and email stating that provisional payment amounts have been sent to my creditors, and that was the last that I have heard from them.

They have not communicated to me once again, I keep sending emails for an update and have received no response to date, when I call the NCR for some advice, I am also told that the initial payment 1st payment to the debt counsellor is a capped amount, I realise that I had paid more than the capped amount for my 1st instalment, all my accounts under debt review are still calling me for cash and are demanding payment as they have not received an update from my debt counsellor.

When I called the call centre today, to ask if they can please cancel this process and refund my money so that I can resolve this issue with my creditors as they are not assisting me in any way, I am told that they can cancel my debt review with Immediate effect but they will not be refunding my cash.

This company as not assisted me, they charged me the incorrect 1st instalment amount, and now they don’t want to cancel and refund my money.
