Waiting for my debt clearance certificate

After paying off all my debt i had to call debt rescue to get my clearance certificate. The process suggests that they advisor would collect the documents but i had to push for each paid up letter myself. After two months of pushing to get everything closed out i thought it was finally time to get my certificate but it was seemingly not the case. On the 10.01.2018 i sent the last paid up letter to Calvin who said everything should be cleared with the NCR by that afternoon and all my creditors would be up, unfortunately thats not the case its been a week with no responses from Calvin with regards to clearing my debt.
