Voted Best? For what?

On their website, they brag about getting award, after award, after award. How they managed to get it, I do not know. First of all, placing yourself under debt review with these guys, is a hassle, due to pages and pages of paper work. Once you have completed the paper work, more comes and it takes ages. When requesting to talk to the main gonubie Debt Counselor in person, I was told he does not speak to customers. Not only had we also endured more hardship financially whilst under debt review, where you are allegedly supposed to breathe a bit more, but now that everything is paid up, and after receiving the clearance certificate, it's a hassle to get our names cleared from the Credit Bureaus. Isn't this part of their job to do this for you? After sending several e-mails, and WhatsApp messages to them, what do I get: "We apologize for the delay." bla... bla... bla. The outcome 3 weeks later: "With reference to the below, kindly be advised if the respective credit bureaus does not update the system accordingly you may lay a complaint against the relevant credit bureaus at the NCR"....which could take many more months. Couldn't you have told me this one thing weeks ago already?!?!?! I will never recommend people using this company in my lifetime...
