very very poor service delivery and contract management skills

It has taken several days for someone to respond to my query with absolute no resolution. I have received inferior responses which tells me that your call centre agents are not trained.

my queries remain unanswered and i have to pay YOUR institution an administration fee everymonth to have such poor service. this is terrible!
