Very poor service from Debt Rescue
Very bad. At the beginning, during the application stage, service was great. Now its so bad, they dont get back to me at all, its got to a point were Im handed over and might lose my house because of my creditors not even being aware that I under debt counselling. I have sent mails, whatsapps, spoke to people in their side for 3 months now, still no answer on whats going on. We went this route because we didnt want to loose the house, now it looks like exactly thats going to happen because of poor service/communication from debt rescue side.

09 Apr 2022, 10:36Hi unfortuantely the above is not true, Nobodt have contacted me yet, if fact I had to phone again yesterday and are still waiting for an answer on that phone call. Will not recommend Debt Rescue to anyone, having to struggle for 3 months and still not getting answers from anyone.....
