Very poor service

They are very quick to put you on debt rescue to make nice interest on your debts you have to pay off, but once you pay everything, its a huuuuge issue to get paid up letters and clearance certificates. I paid my remaining amount in March.I spent so much money on phonecalls for almost a year just to sort out my clearance certificate. Your lines are so unclear i cant hear your rude consultants and if i email, it takes a week, sometimes 3weeks to respond. Can someone please help me sort this out so i can get it out of my life .
