Very poor service!
Sad that a company that should help consumer out of debt cannot provide their clients with service. I have been sending emails to Tebogo & Claudette since the beginning of Dec, attaching all the Paid up letters, just to again get a reply they waiting for me to supply the paid up letters. This was attached with the Proof of Payments. I cannot obtain a clearance certificate due to Debt Rescue's incompetence.
