VERY POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE
Debtrescue debits my account every month on the 25th to pay my accounts, last month Absa took money from my account which I managed to reverse.
Today Absa took Money which i failed to reverse, they said they've not received money from Debtrescue.
I phoned Debtrescue to call Absa to tell them to give my money back, they failed to do so. Only send me my statement to show proof but this month October payment hasbl not been made to Absa.
I NEED MY MONEY DON DEBTRESCUE, I CANNOT PAY TWICE FOR AN INSTALLMENT AT ABSA WHERE YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO ME THE INTERMIDIARY..
I NEED MY REFUND BACK TODAY!!!?
