Very disappointing.

Hello my name is Piet and Im here to say that I am utterly flabbergasted by one of your staff Bonolo in the payments department. This woman was vulgar and very rude and had no respect and instead of helping she said she could not help and swore at me and said I was holding up her from going to the toilet. Is this the kind of service and staff you have at Debt rescue. I am not one of your clients but called on my father's behalf. this is unacceptable. this girl seems to half alot of attitude. And has has no telephone etiquette.
