Very Bad Service, Debt Rescue

I am So Unhappy at the Moment with Debt Rescue Kempton Park, i have been under debt review with Debt Rescue for 3 years now and in the last couple of months am really unhappy with their service. One of our creditors have cancelled our debt review due to apparently none payment and handed it over to Hammond Pole attorneys i am getting calls from them every day, and they say they are not getting paid from Debt Rescue and yet we have not missed one payment at all. We have e-mailed and e-mailed Debt Rescue and the answers are vague and still nothing has been sorted out.

Then i have e-mailed to say that the PDA is not paying the creditors on time and Debt Rescue sends me a statement to say the creditors were paid. I pulled a statement from a few of our accounts and have e-mailed it to prove that the payments are now being done nearly 2 months after the debit orders are coming off our account. Which means this gives the creditors the right to cancel the debt review due to late payment, and yet we have paid on time with not one default.

Surely someone can give us proper answers or even have the decency to call and inform us of what is actualy happening
