Very Bad Service

Im writing on behalf of my mother( No Longer working) who joined Debt Rescue in 2019 as i referred her as I received great service from them. According to her proposal from Debt Recue she was suppose to finish in July 2023 but she is currently still paying an amount of R6100 monthly and there are a few account that has been paid up in prior years, recently I contacted the debt review company on 12 Oct to enqired as to why she is still paying for a certain account(FINCHOICE) the consultant that assisted me advised that FINCHOICE came back to them in Feb 2022 stating there is still an outstanding amount I have asked for that mail to be forwared to me and up untill today which is a week later I still do not have it and I also enquired as to why the client was never contacted about this nor was there mails send out to the client to inform her about this and nor has the consultant who got the query from FINCHOICE looked at the origanal proposal of their client. I have been calling FINCHOICE and they have advised me the account is with a company called MBD, I called there today and spoke to a Lady by the name of Pamela she advised that the FINCHOICE Acc has been paid up in Aug 2023 but according to the Debt Review Statment a payment R2694.71 in Sept 2023
