Very bad service

I'm having a bad experience with debt rescue! I was retrenched in June last year and the credit life insurance for one of my creditors (direct axis) kicked in. Since then I'm punctually paying my bit and they are supposed to pay the rest providing that I submit bank statements and an affidavit that I'm still not working, which I'm doing every month! Now I'm getting calls from direct axis stating that they are being short paid every month and my account will be terminated which will have devasting effects on me. I don't know what is going on between debt rescue and their credit life department but I EXPECT this to be addressed as soon as possible!!!!! Have been dealing with Munaka at debt rescue...
