Uselessness at another level

Lies, lies, lies. What more can I say as long as they get paid that's what they care about, forget about managing your account or asking what they actually doing. Its been 9 month of lies and the famous 5 to 10 days. I have gone from we owe you money to now you will have to cover bank charges that have generated do to lack of administration, The real fact is you are better off managing your debt yourself or just going to someone else.
