Useless Useless!!!

After a few months, after sending lots of emails... someone finally rep**** to me on an email stating that one of my accounts that was under Debt rescue has been terminated and that they stopped to pay it as it went further into arrears. They did not even communicate this matter with me!! How is it possible to terminate an account that was stopped at the bank and can not go into arrears anymore. This was already done in 2015 and they only told me now. Again I say do not use these people as they take chances and only want to make more money!!!
