Useless is not even the correct way to describe Debt Rescue

Debt rescue, you guys are a bunch of fools. no one there knows what is going on and no one can resolve a simple issue... My debt rescue was done and dusted only for them to re- activate it 9 months later without consent and then also to have another collection agency debit my account without any approval for accounts that have been paid in full. don't think you can send emails to any of the email addresses because it just gets ignored. 16 emails sent and not even 1 reply. this is to all available communication channels provided by them. the most useless company ever to deal with.

I'm guessing I also wouldn't get a response on this site from them
