Useless company

I paid my last account on 17 May 2022. They did not obtain any of the paid up letters or closed any of my accounts as promised before the last account was paid. I have sent numerous emails and have made several calls and Everytime I query they tell me they have requested the letters and I must wait 10-15 working days. I was promised 6-8 weeks for my clearance to get done - we are now at week 12 and no further than I was on the first call. No One takes responsibility for queries or escalations and no one gets back you after the promise that they will revert. Useless service, please stay away.
