Useless and pathetic service

I have been with Debt Rescue for the past 20 months only to find out that they have been paying the wrong creditor which left me in arrears and with even more debt than before. I went to their offices and dealt with Phumi on the 11th of January 2018 to find out what is going on with my account. She promised she would get back to me. I have since phoned them numerous times and dealt with two consultants with the name Siobhan/Chevonne and neither have been able to give me any feedback. It has been 8 days and they can’t tell me how they are going to resolve this issue. Their service is utterly pathetic.
