Urgent assistance
Good day
I have settled accounts for Mobicred, Nedbank, Cobol and African Bank, I am immediately requesting an updated statement from Debt rescue showing that my accounts have been paid up for all accounts with correct balances reflecting. Also I have asked you now 3 times that I am unable to get my HOPON settlement letter and I need your assistance, they answer no emails and their phone line just hangs up. I will NOT be paying my Debt Rescue installment of R2300 month after month after month when I have settled my accounts and the only one left I am unable to get the settlement to pay it and this just shows you probably also do not have the correct outstanding balance for Hopon thus they can contact ME directly if and when they wish to get the account paid and they can tell me what I owe.
I will start taking this further with my lawyers if need be because I will not keep paying Debt Rescue monthly when I have done as you told me in order to settle my accounts I tried and got settlement letters, paid them and requested paid up letters.
At some point YOU also have a responsibility towards me as a person paying you fees for 4 years to help me clear my name and help me settle what needs to be settled ASAP.
I paid my November debt Rescue installment even though I already settled most of my accounts and I instruct you NOW not to deduct from my account again. You need to help me get a HOPON settlement so I can pay that and then I owe no one nothing.
In the last month I emailed Debt Rescue and ALL my creditors about 20 times and even phoned everyone multiple times to get help
