Updated balances

Please help me understand this , you sent me balances yesterday and those balances don't seem to make sense to me now because when I checked my balances from debt rescue credit score, the balances you sent me and the ones from the debt rescue credit score are not the same so what should I believe now , how much exactly is left on my accounts and I even checked on clear score and Experian South Africa and the balances there are showing low balances than what you sent me why is the credit bureaus saying the remaining balances are far less than what you sent me please check this out on your debt rescue credit check statement you will see that this balances are not accurate
