Unresponsive, ***********, disgraceful

I have tried time and time again to get in contact with DebtRescue, via email and over the phone with no luck. My emails have been ignored for months and no one seems to answer the phone.

The outstanding balances with my creditors differ from my statements (which take months to be sent), distributions have been paid incorrectly and even unpaid multiple times.

The incompetance is astonishing, creditors are harassing me because my debt review documents have not even been forwarded to the relevant parties.

If this continues, I will be filing a formal complaint with the NCR every single day that I am ignored.
