Unprofessional service from Debt Rescue

I have been trying for almost 3 weeks to get my money back from Debt Rescue which was taken from my account after I have paid up all my accounts with no luck. Every time I phone them I get the same answer " The request was escalated to a team leader and that someone will phone me back" what a lie. They just don't care about clients needs. This is very unprofessional.
