Unprofessional, disappointing, Councillors are apathetic and unresponsive.

No communication. Serious issues arise where the bank has no record of home loan payments being made but my statements say they are being dispersed. Not one of the four debt councillors I have worked with (because there is always someone else working with you) could be bothered to reply. The debt counsellors don’t communicate with the attorney when lodging your application to court so you as the customer have to run around getting everything together. Bitterly dissapointing, unprofessional and with big consequences for the end user
