Unprofessional , Communication & Lack of response

I joined them in January 2018, since then i only had problems and each time I call to get feedback on a debit order that went down from one of the Credit providers, i only get mails and incorrect Client information send to credit provider. I find this unprofessional and the problem still hasn't been resolved.

Lack of communication to the client & credit provider is not good enough as you never know what is going on.

Spoke to a few managers which also just make empty promises for feedback and will solve the problem. 2 Months down the line and still nothing.
