Unprofessional
Contacted call center and inquired about paying off my creditors in one lump sum. This was done in December 2020. My payments were not allocated as per my email instruction, which left some creditors underpaid, because I never took into account the admin fees for Debt rescue (fair enough). I've asked for paid up letters and final settlement figures for the last 3 months. Today I receive a email stating I've neglected to pay my installment. How must I pay an installment if I don't know what too pay?
