Unpaid account

I went on debt review in July 2020 and my standard bank home loan was never paid since then. Standard bank now wants to sell my house and Debt Rescue is not assisting me after contacting them several times I've also sent them all the information regarding this and am still awaiting feedback. PS: When I app**** for debt review, my home loan account was up to date
