Unhappy with service

So far I'm not happy with the service from Debt Rescue. My initial quote was R6800 with them and now they telling that one of my Creditors came with a counter offer and they will have to increase my instalment by R1135 meaning I'll be paying R7935. I mean for someone that is earning R10,000 a month and you want to leave them with just R2000 then what is the use of being under them coz I still won't be able to afford life. They suppose to make life easy for you and ease the burden but now I will be going back to leaving the very same way I was leaving before I was under them. And no one calls me to explain what is going on I just see emails and I'm suppose to agree to whatever they put on that email. I would have appreciated if someone could have called me and explained this procedure. Now I feel like I've made a big mistake choosing them as my debt councilors
