Unhappy with Feedback # not getting any

I thought for 5 years that this was the best thing I can do for myself and it was...but now coming to an end I'm stuggling to get it finalized. Since October 2022 sending emails, chatting live, a lot of phone calls...always getting the same answer...waiting for paid up letter...according to me 1 PAID UP LETTER...How difficult can this be? Everytime getting a mail we give 10 days for feedback...well since October 2022...10 days still going strong. What can i do to get this finalised...how many more 10 days should i take🤨😐 should I just keep on paying my monthly payment for ever? This is getting frustrated!!!!
