UNHAPPY / DISAPPOINTED / ANGRY with COMMUNICATION LEVEL / SERVICE QUALITY / INFORMATION PROVIDED / FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE

<p>At the beginning of this year, I found myself in a problem situation.</p> <p>I was in a totally unexpected / unforeseen / unpredicted situation whereby I was really having a problem trying to meet monthly payments.</p> <p>I was in a state of panic.</p> <p>Even with this situation, I did not miss or short pay any of the accounts I had.</p> <p>I decided to contact Debt Rescue - <span style="text-decoration: underline;">before</span> it became a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a long time considering if it was a good idea to approach Debt Rescue, I had a conversation with Greg via the “chat” on the website.</p> <p>Being convinced that this would assist in sorting out my situation, I emailed and received a reply from Greg … and so the saga began.</p> <p>I had many phone calls from / to Greg and we went through my finances.</p> <p> </p> <p>Many email exchanges with MANY different people … By joining the program,your assets are protected????</p> <p> </p> <p>One of the documents mentions non acceptance. The reply - This is only if we cannot meet the minimum the creditors would accept – this hardly happens as we normally juggle amounts between the creditors to make it solve.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked AGAIN - Please can you confirm that, with me being under debt review, there is no risk to the house or the vehicle?</p> <p>reply - Yes, under review your assets are protected</p> <p> </p> <p>Another email after another panicked email from me – reply - Please don’t stress – rather ask us and let us sort it for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an email stating - We are delighted to inform you that your final proposal to your credit providers, has been sent to all the creditors listed on the attached report. The negotiations have been finalised up to this point, and your creditors have made reasonable concessions on your application, repayment amounts and terms. We will advise if there is any further feedback from your Credit Providers</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the initial joining, the monthly amount has already been increased due to one of the accounts. I accepted this increase.</p> <p>Now, it seems as if ALL accounts / companies are opposing and each is for an additional amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>After speaking to Brooke on the phone, where she advised that somebody would look into it and come back to me, I received an email reply from Brooke (about 5 days later – after about 4 more calls and messages left by me). email reply - Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do regarding your counters you cannot meet.</p> <p>We are going to have to see what the outcome is in Court once your file goes to Court the judge will need to decide on how we move forward.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now – ANOTHER problem / additional amount required – “***x presented us with a Notice of Intention to Oppose on your *** accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is happening ? What happened to the initial detailed explanation and email feedback (from many contacts at Debt Rescue):</p> <p>· Develop a repayment plan which is affordable to you, as well as acceptable to your credit providers. </p> <p>· We negotiatewith credit providers to have your instalment amounts reduced and your repayment periods extended. </p> <p>· You then will only pay one affordable monthly instalmentto us</p> <p>By joining the program,your assets are protected</p> <p> </p> <p>Based on all the emails – it seems to be that NONE of the credit providers are included.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now sent an email yesterday and today to get a response … STILL NOTHING!!</p>
