Unhappy Customer Debtrescue

Hi,i have written 2 emails to debtrescue regarding threatning SMS's im getting from my Creditors,as I where on a 3 month Covid holiday break where I was receiving uif fees and were not able to make any payments on my debtrescue account.I don't get any feed back regarding my emails send to debtrescue.I have to phone them all the time as they could go check on their records. I Don't know what is happening at their offices but their customer services is very poor.They cant even respond to an email for over 1 week now.. Very unhappy with Debtrescue's customer Service.
