Unhappy about service and wanting a solution

I have been on Debt Review for almost five years now and my Debt is being paid off very slowly. Reason being that when i joined them, i was advised to include my homeloan, which i did because i trusted that they were helping me. i have now come to realise that was the worst mistake i ever made. When i joined none of my accounts was in arrears, my homeloan included, now what is happening is that they are paying more money on my homeloan, meaning a big chunk of the money goes to the bond and there is very little left to service the other accounts, i have phoned and emailed on several occasions to find out why so much is paid on my bond and the smaller accounts suffering. No one there can give me an answer as to why. I am currently paying 9582.00, from this amount seven thousand and something is going towards the bond which was not in arrears when i joined. Last week i emailed them for a statement on my home loan, to this day i am still waiting. i tried to explain to them that if they were paying more money on my small accounts they would be paid up by now. My bond repayment was 4300.00 when i joined, i am now paying 3000.00 extra on a 20 year home loan. i am now struggling and do not have enough money left to sustain me hence i need the small accounts settled and then i can continue to pay my bond like i used to. The reply i got when i emailed was that their Resolution Department will look into this and see how they can help, i am still waiting. So far I have not had the best service from this company, i regret why i ever put myself in this situation. All i want is for the extra money paid into my home loan to be paid into the small accounts so i can breathe!! i cannot afford anything anymore and need a solution as soon as possible. Hellopeter, please help! I would not advise anyone to join this company as they claim that they help people but they are not, you pay a fee every month for service but the service is really bad, how are you being helped if you are now even struggling to buy food and pay for the children's school fees?
