Trisha Govender - Excellent Service!
Just wanted to say a heart felt thank you to TRISHA GOVENDER for her tireless efforts over the holiday season to ensure I received my refund and paid up letter from FNB. I was debt free since 2021 but FNB would not give me a paid up letter... because we had over paid them... go figure? We had to request a refund and only then would the account be "paid up". All the colourful words going through my mind thinking that because I was in credit with them, I've been declined on home loans and most recently a much needed Wifi contract. Thanks to Trisha this is finally sorted. Thank you once again. Your excellent customer service is greatly appreciated.
