Thank you to this wonderful lady. After trying to get my clearance for almost 2 years, once she stepped in things started happening. I appreciate your patience with me when I was frustrated. You always remained calm and professional. You replies were quick and you assisted me as much as you could. I think you deserve employee of the year award! Sorry about the 1 start - that is for the previous struggles I had with the company itself and not for Trisha. Trisha you get 5 starts.
Thank you, thank you. After 7.5 years of struggle I have my clearance certificate and my life can finally go on.
