Tragic client service at Debt Rescue

I Have mailed Debt Rescue twice from my personal mail address in the past two months as they offered a debt relief plan with pay cuts on the lockdown salary cuts I was receiving.

Last month the whole month went by and no one got back to me in regards to this relief plan and then again this month I am sitting with a substantial salary pay cut where I am in a position of not being able to pay complete rent as they have taken the debit order out of my account after numerous tries to contact them and sending mails. These people do not respond to mails and you as a client have to contact them to follow up on progress of your account. This is the worst client service I have received by far and am not happy with the unprofessionalism of this company.

This company is rated number #1 in SA they hardly live up to this standard!
