Total incompetence

I have app**** for debt review; I submitted all my documentation, explained my situation - and Debt review drafted my application.

I have now had my application prosponed because Debt Review entered my application with a "Motor Vehicle" expense - which in I believe any one's terms would refer to transport costs. HOWEVER the expense is due to my responsibility to pay off a vehicle accident. I have been on "debt review" for over six months however I am still not legally not declared by the magistrate as being on debt review. My application on the 19th of October was rejected and the magistrate rightful wished for an explanation around the reason why my "Motor Vehicle" expense was not included in the debt review.

I have sent all and every document to Debt Rescue, the law firm representing my case at the magistrates cought - HOWEVER I have had to send the same documents over and over again to this service. I am thorough disgusted at there level of professionalism, lack of responsibility and finally there total business practice incompetence.

Given the choice over I would NEVER had signed up with this company, They religiously take money from my account, yet I am not yet covered by the law. How is this a feasible practice.

My advice, stay away: they are using the over indebted consumer.Rather contact your creditors personally you will find that they are more than prepared to come to an arrangement.

I wait without high expectations to see if this company even responds.
