Too many mistakes and unwillingness (or incompetence) to resolve them!

I would not recommend Debt Rescue to anyone, because their service is extremely bad. I have contacted them several times about these matters, but it is still not resolved.

They paid my one account 4 times after it has been paid up. The money was returned to them three times, yet the statement still shows an outstanding balance.

On a second account my actual outstanding balance is R497.65, and on the Debt Rescue IPDA statement it shows R8136.92. I realise that the IPDA statement might not be exactly correct, but a difference of over R7000 is a bit much.

According to my calculations, all that I still owe is R742.96 on all my accounts, compared to the Debt Rescue statement which shows R8327.80 outstanding.

My debit order is due for 27 May, and I just received a SMS that Debt Rescue will again take R5382,11. I am tempted to dispute the debit order and pay the accounts myself. That way I will save R4639.15 and be sure all my accounts are paid up!
