To Phumzile with love

I would like to say thank Phumzile Nkosi for all her help.

I have been under review for five years and was supposed to have completed everything in July, needless to say, this was not so. There was a mix up with one debt still outstanding and no one knowing how to help me. After every email that I sent to the Customer Service team they would reply by just regurgitating info that I had already given then. I was at my wits end when i called and was put through to Phumzile Nkosi. She listened to me and made me there was hope by engaging with me in my language and in a manner that was sympathetic, by the time I finished the call I felt that I had made a friend. She came up with a workable solution and assured me that she would make sure that my issues were resolved.

She is such an asset to your company and deserves high praise!
